2021 ACVIM Forum Call for Speakers

2021 Call for Speakers

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the 2021 ACVIM Forum!

In a traditional year, the ACVIM requests speaker session submissions for the ACVIM Forum through an online submission process. Submissions for different session types follow separate submission timelines. All interested speakers are requested to complete the online submission process. Session submissions for the ACVIM Forum should be high level, cutting-edge, new-to-the-field, technical topics that meet the education criteria of our Diplomates. We take pride in the level of education offered to our conference attendees.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our 2020 ACVIM Forum, we do not anticipate a formal Call for Speakers for any scientific or technician sessions. Working closely with our volunteer committees and the aligned groups that come together during our live conference, we will develop programming to deliver premier learning opportunities and the latest in veterinary research.

Call for Research Abstracts Opens: January 8, 2021
Call for Research Abstract Closes: January 29, 2021

Anyone may submit abstracts to be considered in the Research Abstract category. The delivery method is either a 15-minute oral presentation or a poster format. ACVIM candidates who submit exceptional research abstracts may be eligible for an ACVIM award.

The Call for Speakers online submission portal will open for Research Abstract submissions, giving individuals the opportunity to submit their research to present during the virtual ACVIM Forum. All completed applications received through the portal, prior to the deadline, will be reviewed and given full consideration by our review committees. All applicants will be notified of the status of their submission via email.
