Freeman is the official show services partner of the ACVIM Forum. Freeman’s online ordering system provides you with the ability to order a wide range of products and services as well as access important show information, forms and dates which include move-in/move-out schedules.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Additional Badges

Each exhibiting company will receive four complimentary badges per 100 square feet of booth space. Additional badges outside your complimentary allotment will be charged at $250 each. Online exhibit personnel badge orders will open March 1, 2018 and must be completed by Monday, June 4, 2018. Payment for additional badges requested onsite is required prior to printing the badge, no exceptions.

Lost or Misplaced Badges
Lost or misplaced badges onsite may be replaced for $50 and will require a photo ID. No name substitutions will be granted once badges have been printed.

Lead Retrieval - Coming Soon

Lead retrieval is an excellent way to track traffic within your booth and capture leads. Cvent is our OFFICIAL lead retrieval services provider. We've simplified the ordering process so that you can take full advantage of capturing attendee data. Lead retrieval orders will open April 1, 2018.

To receive an additional discount on lead retrieval, place your order online prior to the deadline date of May 14, 2018.

What is included in my booth rental?

  • One (1) standard 7" x 44" one-line booth identification sign showing exhibitor name and booth number

  • 8' high black and gray back drape and 3' high black side drape

  • Four (4) complimentary booth personnel badges per 100 square feet of booth space

  • Daily lunch vouchers for exhibiting individuals

Booking Your Hotel

In an effort to provide affordable hotel room options, the ACVIM has negotiated and contracted with hotels in Seattle to provide discounted rates to ACVIM Forum Attendees and Exhibitors. Book your hotel room reservation through ACVIM's Official Housing Provider, Experient, Inc., to secure discounted rates.

Upon reserving an exhibit booth for the 2018 ACVIM Forum, the company’s booth contact will receive an email containing a link to book hotel accommodations. This email will also include login information for the housing website, specific to your company.

The deadline to book your hotel reservation within the 2018 ACVIM Forum room block at a discounted rate is Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

Every year we receive reports of companies posing as official travel vendors offering lodging. They are NOT endorsed or affiliated with the conference. To book your lodging, please book directly through the OFFICIAL housing link provided by Experient, Inc. Please do not become a victim of these companies’ scams as the ACVIM will have no recourse.

ACVIM negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners with a special emphasis placed on early-bird rates offered for reservations made prior to early-bird deadline date.

More rooms booked in the block means we can better meet the needs of our attendees and exhibitors for future Forums and help keep our registration fees at a competitive market price. The important announcements and information the organization may share with attendees at check-in are provided only at those hotels within the group block.

By staying in the official hotel block you will receive complimentary extras like free internet access, restaurant discounts, spa discounts and much more.

Official hotels are inspected by the ACVIM prior to your arrival. To better accommodate each guests needs, reservation protection is provided before, during and after your stay if any unexpected challenges should occur.

The closer you are to the Forum, the greater chance of informal networking opportunities at hotels within the group block (as this is where a majority of attendees are staying).

Exhibitor Lounge

  • The Exhibitor Lounge will be located in the lower-right hand corner of the Solutions Center.
