ACVIM has secured hotel rooms at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center. Book Your Housing.


  1. ACVIM has negotiated discounted rates especially for our conference attendees and exhibiting partners.
  2. Exhibitors can set up sub blocks within our current hotel inventory offering discounted rates.
  3. It’s easy! You don’t need to search for a local hotel, simply select the official hotel and make your reservation.
  4. Be a part of the conversation—staying at an official hotel allows you to receive all the communications other conference participants receive.
  5. Staying within our designated hotel room block allows us to keep your registration costs low and continue to negotiate competitive room rates for all conference participants.

Please be aware: Experient Housing is our Official Housing Provider for the 2017 ACVIM Forum. The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine has worked diligently with the hotels in National Harbor to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company of housing provider other than Experient is not approved by the ACVIM. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or charge penalties, or be completely non-refundable. All rates are based on single/double occupancy and do not include state and local taxes. Please be aware of, and report, any unauthorized solicitation to the ACVIM.

Exhibitor personnel online badge orders will open March 1, 2017 and are due by Monday, May 15, 2017. Expedite your time at the check in counter by inputting all badge names in advance.  Log in to your Exhibitor Portal to order your Badges.


Lead retrieval is an excellent way to track traffic within your booth and capture leads. TurnoutNow is our OFFICIAL lead retrieval services provider. We've simplified the ordering process so that you can take full advantage of capturing attendee data. Attendees will be wearing a small wireless device attached to their badges that broadcast a unique signal using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
