At the ACVIM, we appreciate your support and know that you are committing valuable time and resources to participate in our conference. Therefore, we have created this Resource Center to provide you with the tools you need to maximize your investment.

Show Services

Freeman is the official show services partner of the ACVIM Forum. Freeman’s online ordering system provides you with the ability to order a wide range of products and services as well as access important show information, forms and dates which include move-in/move-out schedules.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Additional Badges

Each exhibiting company will receive four complimentary badges per 100 square feet of booth space. Additional badges outside your complimentary allotment will be charged at $250 each. Online exhibit personnel badge orders will open March 1, 2019 and must be completed by Monday, May 27, 2019. Payment for additional badges requested onsite is required prior to printing the badge, no exceptions.

Lost or Misplaced Badges
Lost or misplaced badges onsite may be replaced for $50 and will require a photo ID. No name substitutions will be granted once badges have been printed.

Lead Retrieval

Lead retrieval is an excellent way to track traffic within your booth and capture leads. The ACVIM will select the official lead retrieval contractor by January 1, 2019. The vendor will provide services and equipment at prevailing rates and terms. The ACVIM does not assume any liability related to the performance or nonperformance by this appointed contractor.

The ACVIM negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners with a special emphasis placed on early-bird rates offered for reservations made prior to early-bird deadline date.

More rooms booked in the block means we can better meet the needs of our attendees and exhibitors for future Forums and help keep our registration fees at a competitive market price. The important announcements and information the organization may share with attendees at check-in are provided only at those hotels within the group block.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Official hotels are inspected by the ACVIM prior to your arrival. To better accommodate each guests needs, reservation protection is provided before, during and after your stay if any unexpected challenges should occur.

BETTER LOCATION = BETTER NETWORKING
The closer you are to the Forum, the greater chance of informal networking opportunities at hotels within the group block (as this is where a majority of attendees are staying).
