Full conference registrations include the Keynote Session, Scientific Sessions, Technician Program, Research Abstracts, access to the conference proceedings and admission to the Solutions Center (Exhibit Hall), plus multiple networking events!

Registration fees do not include any travel or hotel costs.


Member rates are a benefit of ACVIM membership. To qualify, you must be a member at the time of registration.

One and two day registrations are only eligible to attend education sessions, social events, and the Solutions Center on the day(s) purchased.

To qualify for the Retired rate, you must be a veterinary professional who is retired from their primary position within the industry.

To qualify for the Resident/Intern/1st Year Graduate rate, you must be a full time resident or intern or have just graduated within the past 12 months.

To qualify for the student rate, you must be a full-time veterinary or technician student. 

*Students, those enrolled in a Graduate program, and residents, interns and recent graduates must submit proof of eligibility at time of registration. This proof of eligibility documentation must be in the form of a copy of your student ID, copy of your current schedule, a letter from your institution, or a diploma with year of graduation listed. Without proper documentation, ACVIM may adjust registration fees accordingly.


Spouse / Significant Other registration category is valid for spouses and significant others of full conference registrations ONLY. Registration includes admission to the Solutions Center, Wine and Cheese Happy Hour, and Keynote Session. Continuing education credit is not available for this registration fee category. 

This registration has a limit of 1 and is not intended for colleagues or co-workers.


Are you only interested in making connections inside the Solutions Center (Exhibit Hall)? ACVIM offers a one-day pass to access the Solutions Center on one day of your choosing. Passes can only be purchased on site at the registration desk at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Solutions Center passes are not intended to be used for suitcasing and those violating this policy will be asked to leave with no refund. Non-exhibiting companies are not allowed to distribute materials or samples or promote their company in any way to attendees or exhibitors throughout the entire conference area.


All cancellations must be submitted via email to the ACVIM at Forum@ACVIM.org

Cancellations received on or before 11:59pm MST on April 18, 2019, are entitled to the following refund:
     •  For registration fees greater than $100, a refund of all paid registration fees, less a $100 cancellation fee.
     •  For registration fees $100 or less, a refund of all paid registrations fees, less a $25 cancellation fee.
