Registration Information


 

Full conference registrations include more than 65 sessions and 300+ ePosters, offering RACE-approved CE hours. Every on-demand session and ePoster will be set up to capture any questions and answer so you can track discussions at your convenience. You will also be able to connect with other participants and explore the latest industry products and services through the interactive Solutions Center floor plan offered by the exhibiting partners that would have joined us in Baltimore.

REGISTRATION CATEGORY CRITERIA

Member rates are a benefit of ACVIM membership. To qualify, you must be a member at the time of registration.

One and two day registrations are only eligible to attend education sessions, social events, and the Solutions Center on the day(s) purchased.

To qualify for the Retired rate, you must be a veterinary professional who is retired from your primary position within the industry.

*Students, those enrolled in a Graduate program, and residents, interns and 1st year graduates must submit proof of eligibility at time of registration. This proof of eligibility documentation must be in the form of a copy of your student ID, copy of your current schedule, a letter from your institution, or a diploma with year of graduation listed. Without proper documentation, ACVIM may adjust registration fees accordingly.
