About ACE

Courses are designed specifically and offered exclusively for 1) ACVIM, ECVIM, ECVN, and ECEIM Diplomates and ACVIM Associates in good standing, and 2) ACVIM, ECVIM, ECVN, and ECEIM Candidates actively pursuing Board certification (active pursuit is defined as progress towards certification such as participation in a residency program, preparing case reports, writing Board examinations, etc.)

2020 ONLINE AND VIRTUAL COURSES
     
ACVIM Brain Camp Online
August - October 2020
Formerly offered as part of the North American Neuroscience Course (Brain Camp). Consisting of 19.5 hours of pre-recorded content, divided into 3 courses – Diagnostic Imaging, Electrodiagnostics and Neuropathology. Each course will include 6-7 hours of recorded content plus 1 hour Live Q&A with the presenters.

                   Advanced Endocrinology
On-Demand
This 2.5-day virtual course will focus on advances in companion animal endocrinology. Topics covered will include the management of dogs and cats with diabetes mellitus, including patients with ketoacidosis; monitoring methods for dogs with hyperadrenocorticism; and medical and dietary therapy for hyperlipidemia.

Science of Veterinary Oncology Online Modules

The Science of Veterinary Oncology (SOVO) online modules offer foundational building blocks of core knowledge areas pertaining to veterinary oncology. Currently the SOVO online modules are comprised of nine (9) modules, ranging from Epigenetics to Genomic Instability and more. All modules are led by industry experts, with more topics continuing to be added.
