Please be aware:

  • Member rates are a benefit of ACVIM membership. To qualify, you must be an active member of ACVIM or an approved affiliate at the time of registration. To qualify for the Retired rate, you must be a veterinary professional who is retired from your primary position within the industry.
  • Registration fees do not include any travel or hotel costs.
  • Exhibitor badges are not eligible to receive CE credit; an attendee registration must be purchased to be able to claim CE tracking.
  • On-demand access starts June 11, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026.
  • Live Virtual Day takes place June 24, 2026.

WASHINGTON STATE TAX POLICY

Due to the Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5814 (ESSB 5814) that recently passed we will be charging a 10.55% sales tax on all in-person registrations for our 2026 ACVIM Forum. In addition to this sales tax, the city of Seattle also charges an admission tax of 5% on all tickets to enter an event held in Seattle, so you will see this tax on your registration as well.  All fees collected will be paid directly back to the state of Washington.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to the ACVIM at Forum@ACVIM.org

Cancellations received on or before 11:59 pm MT on April 22, 2026, are eligible to receive a refund of all paid registration fees as follows:

  • For registration fees under $100: Full refund less a $25 cancellation fee
  • For registration fees over $100: Full refund less a $100 cancellation fee


Cancellations received after 11:59 pm MT on April 22, 2026, are eligible for the following:

  • In-person registration fees will be transferred to a virtual registration and participants will receive a refund of the price difference between in-person and virtual participation.
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for virtual participation will be issued.

Spouse/Significant Other Registrations

Spouse/Significant Other registration category is valid for spouses and significant others of full conference registrations ONLY. Registration includes admission to the Exhibit Hall, Wine & Cheese Happy Hour and Keynote Session. CE Credit is not available for this registration fee category.

This registration has a limit of 1 and is not intended for colleagues or co-workers.
