With the new year marking the end of a challenging year and a fresh beginning, what better time than now to focus on improving our happiness in the year to come? The Flourishing Center and Lift: Skills for Life have teamed up to develop a comprehensive list of gratitude prompts unlike those you’ve likely seen before. Challenge yourself to complete one prompt a day (preferably with a warm beverage in hand and a pet nearby).
