ACVIM New Product Spotlight Webinar: $20,000
NEW Product Spotlight Webinars are 60-minute sponsored sessions (50 minutes of presentation, 10 minutes of Q&A) by a for-profit entity to raise awareness about a specific FDA-approved product (approved within the last 6 months) or its related research. Presentations must be educational and approved by the ACVIM Education Committee, ensuring they are valuable even for attendees who do not use the product. Learn more.

Candidate Fee Waiver Program Overview
The journey to becoming a Board-certified specialist is a privileged pathway requiring significant investment of time and funds, compounded with low resident salaries and delayed earning potential. Individuals from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds find it even more difficult to break through the financial barriers of becoming Board-certified. In 2026, the ACVIM seeks to offer a new need-based financial assistance program to support individuals who would not otherwise have access to becoming an ACVIM Diplomate. Residents selected to participate in the program will have any Candidate fees waived for the year in which they’re approved (up to a ~$3,455 value over three years). The ACVIM will fully administer the program, and applications will be accepted and approved annually by an ACVIM committee to ensure the maximum number of residents will be provided with assistance.
Sponsorship level: $25,000 per year (helping approximately 5% of ACVIM Candidates)
Sponsorship Recognition Includes:
Recognition in emails to Candidates announcing the opportunity
Recognition on the program application landing page
Recognition on the ACVIM website promoting the program
Recognition in any other marketing materials promoting the program or to program awardees
Sponsored email blast sent to program awardees (content developed by sponsor, email sent by ACVIM)
New Candidate Welcome Box Sponsorship
The New Candidate Welcome Box will be sent to every new ACVIM Candidate to welcome them to the program and celebrate their achievements. This is an opportunity to showcase your brand to the next generation of veterinary experts as they begin their journey toward Board-certification.
Sponsorship includes:
A. Logo on box: Your brand's logo prominently displayed on the interior of the box alongside the ACVIM logo, ensuring immediate recognition and visibility.
B. Card inside box: Inclusion of a personalized message, company information, or special offer on a single-sided 5x7 card inside the box, allowing direct engagement with new Candidates.
C. Logo on mug: Your logo on a dual-branded coffee mug inside the box, providing a tangible and lasting impression each time the new Candidate enjoys their favorite beverage.
