Credentials submissions are due by 11:59 PM MT on October 1 of the year prior to the Specialty Examination for which the candidate is seeking to establish eligibility. Submission and acceptance of Credentials is a prerequisite for taking the Specialty Examination.
Credentials submission instructions are distributed via the Candidate Business listserv. Individual payment and submission access information is sent directly to eligible candidates via email in August. If you believe you are eligible to submit Credentials and have not received your individual submission access information by the end of August, please contact Certification@ACVIM.org for assistance.
Candidates should carefully review the Credentials requirements, forms, and submission instructions provided on this page before submitting their materials.
