REGISTRATION CATEGORY CRITERIA

Member rates are a benefit of ACVIM membership. To qualify, you must be a member at the time of registration.

To qualify for the Retired rate, you must be a veterinary professional who is retired from your primary position within the industry.

*Students, those enrolled in a Graduate program, and residents, interns and 1st year graduates must submit proof of eligibility at time of registration. This proof of eligibility documentation must be in the form of a copy of your student ID, copy of your current schedule, a letter from your institution, or a diploma with year of graduation listed. Without proper documentation, ACVIM may adjust registration fees accordingly.

Already Paid a Registration Fee?

If you registered for the 2020 ACVIM Forum, you should have received an email the week of May 11 from our registration provider, Showcare, providing you with options for your paid registration. You may elect to transfer your existing payment to register for the ACVIM Forum On Demand experience and be credited for the cost difference; or opt to cancel and receive a full refund. 2020 ACVIM Forum Cancellation

After much discussion, the ACVIM is formally announcing the cancellation of the 2020 ACVIM Forum scheduled for June 10-13, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland. We regret any inconvenience and uncertainty the delay in official cancellation may have caused. We thank you for your understanding and continued support through these challenging times.
