Exhibitor Housing - Opens in January 2024
Maritz Global Events is the only official, exclusive housing provider for the 2024 ACVIM Forum. Registered exhibitors will receive an email from Martiz Global Events in January 2024 with booking information. Any other channels of booking reservations are not authorized and are not recommended as they may be a scam.
Exhibitor Badges - Ordering opens in March 2024
Each exhibiting company will receive four complimentary badges per 100 square feet of booth space.
Additional badges outside your complimentary allotment will be charged at $250 each. Online exhibit personnel badge orders will open March 24, 2024 and must be completed by May 24, 2024.
Payment for additional badges requested onsite is required prior to printing the badge, no exceptions. Lost or misplaced badges onsite may be replaced for $50 and will require a photo ID. No name substitutions will be granted once badges have been printed.
Exhibitor badges allow complimentary admittance to scientific sessions, however, if CE credits are desired, an attendee registration must be purchased.
Lead Retrieval - Ordering opens in March 2024
Lead retrieval is an excellent way to track traffic within your booth and capture leads. Showcare is the official lead retrieval services provider for the in-person 2023 ACVIM Forum. Showcare will provide services and equipment at prevailing rates
and terms. The ACVIM does not assume any liability related to the performance or nonperformance by this appointed contractor.
