Access to book accommodations for the 2023 ACVIM Forum is only for registered attendees and exhibitors. There are only a limited number of rooms available at the ACVIM discounted rates. Book early to guarantee your room.
ATTENDEES
Upon registering to attend the 2023 ACVIM Forum, you will receive a link to book your hotel in your emailed registration confirmation. Please note that hotels will NOT accept reservations for the ACVIM room block if you call them directly.
EXHIBITORS
Upon reserving an exhibit booth for the 2023 ACVIM Forum, the company's booth contact will receive an email containing a link to book hotel accommodations. This email will also include login information for the housing website, specific to your company.
Why stay with an official ACVIM Forum hotel partner?
The ACVIM negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners, and the rates are continuously monitored to ensure we are providing attendees and exhibitors with the greatest value. Discounted rates expire Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Book early as rooms are available on a first come, first-serve basis. By staying in the official hotel block, you will receive complimentary extras like free internet and fitness center access, as well as the best access to conference related communications and networking.

Hotel reservations can only be made once your conference registration is complete. Hotels will NOT accept reservations for the ACVIM room block if you call them directly. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your hotel accommodations through ACVIM's Official Housing Provider, Maritz Global Events. You will receive your hotel confirmation immediately after your reservation is complete.
